 License Program Course Description

Includes Hawaii State Board of Massage requirements

September 2024 – June 2025

$5,800 USD plus tax (payment plans available)

Semester 1

150-hour state-approved registration training

• Saturday September 21st from 2-5pm

• Following Mondays 4-7, Thursdays 10-1 and Saturdays 9-12 and 2-6

• Ends in December 

This semester covers the required 50 hrs of AP&K and 100 hrs of massage theory and demonstration required by the Hawaii State Board of Massage in order to apply for the apprenticeship program.

Semester 2 and 3

6-month apprenticeship program 

• Student massage clinic: Monday 4-8 and Thursday 12:30-4:30 

• 6 advanced-technique weekend workshops

• 4 additional one-day special classes

Workshops and special classes provide hours towards the hands on supervised massage hours, as well as advanced techniques. A sample of possible weekend and one day workshops are listed below:

• Lomi Lomi

• Hot Stone

• Thai Yoga Massage

• Somatic Bodywork

• Reflexology

• Deep Tissue

• Sound Healing 

• Trigger Points

• Craniosacral 

• A&P Palpation 

• Review for Test

*APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMS CAN BE PERSONALIZED TO YOUR NEEDS AND INTEREST. WORKSHOP OPTIONS AND CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE FOR THOSE WITH PRIOR SCHOOLING OR LICENSURE IN ANOTHER STATE.
